This privacy policy describes how the dance studio "Aistra šokiui" collects, stores, processes, uses, and protects the personal data and privacy of its clients, website visitors, and social media followers. "Aistra šokiui" is committed to collecting and processing personal data only to the extent necessary for specific, defined, and lawful purposes related to the dance studio's activities.

The privacy policy sets the conditions that apply whenever you want to access our content and services. It is considered that the client has read and agrees to comply with the privacy policy when they visit the website, purchase a service, visit "Aistra šokiui" social media accounts, agree to receive direct marketing messages, or attend dance studio events.

All reasonable technical and administrative measures are applied to ensure that the data we collect about website and social media account visitors is protected from loss, unauthorized use, and alterations. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA AND HOW DO WE COLLECT IT

The dance studio "Aistra šokiui" processes personal data to administer the service provision process. Personal data is any information collected by "Aistra šokiui" about a client that can be used to identify the client's identity and is stored electronically or otherwise.

Personal data includes any information such as the client's name, surname, phone number, email, IP address, collected by the dance studio for the purposes specified in this privacy policy or in a separate client consent or agreement. This data also includes public personal information of clients that we become aware of when the client contacts the dance studio through social media or engages in active actions on the dance studio's social media accounts.

Client personal data is collected when the client:

  • registers for dance classes on the website;

  • attends dance classes without registration;

  • visits and actively participates in social media accounts;

  • participates in "Aistra šokiui" events.

Such data will be processed to invite you to dance classes or answer your questions. Without providing the necessary personal data, it is not possible to provide services, as we will not be able to contact you and inform you about dance classes, schedules, and other information.

PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

By providing us with your personal data, you agree that we may use the collected information about you for the following purposes:

  • to fulfill the services of the dance studio "Aistra šokiui" and its commitments;

PARTICIPATION IN “AISTRA ŠOKIUI” DANCE STUDIO EVENTS

The dance studio "Aistra šokiui" organizes various events where attendees may be photographed and filmed. With your consent, your participation, name, surname, and photo will be used to inform the public about "Aistra šokiui" events. We promise not to violate your honor and dignity with the use of such photos. Please note that photos and videos from events, with your consent, may be published on the dance studio's social media accounts and website. The publication of photos and videos of event attendees is only related to publicising the activities of the dance studio "Aistra šokiui".

If you do not agree to be photographed during the event and later have your photos used on social media accounts or the website, please inform the photographers during the event or write an email to info@aistrasokiui.lt.
